We use a flat hourly rate with a simple minimum. The total depends on crew size, how packed you are, stairs/elevators, walking distance, and drive time between addresses. After a quick inventory and access check, we’ll give you a ballpark estimate. No surprise add-ons.
Rough guide: studios/1-bedrooms: 3–5 hours, 2-bedrooms: 4–7 hours, 3-bedroom homes: 6–9+ hours. Timing varies with packing level, elevator/stairs, and parking distance. We’ll set expectations up front and keep you updated on move day.
Yes. Full or partial packing & unpacking is available. We can bring boxes, tape, paper, and shrink wrap on request and handle fragile rooms like kitchens and art.
Often, yes — safes, treadmills, appliances, sectionals, and more. Some items (e.g., pianos or pool tables) may need a specialized crew/equipment. Mention them when booking so we plan correctly.
